Renowned Afrobeats sensation David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has taken to social media to retaliate after his peer, Burna Boy, labeled him as a source of amusement
Burna Boy stirred up controversy recently by replying to a tweet from a Davido supporter ridiculing him for failing to secure four Grammys in a single evening.
The individual, referred to as X user, remarked, “Ode, bottled 4 Grammys.”
In retaliation, Burna Boy aimed his response at the X user’s profile picture, featuring Davido.
Burna Boy insinuated that Davido is the genuine jest since he missed out on all three Grammy nominations in a single night.
He wrote;
“The actual joke is in your display pic. He also accompanied it with laughing emoji.”
Reacting after some hours, Davido took to his verified Instagram page today, February 12th 2023, where he disclosed that he is all about positivity.
He wrote;
“Power of positivity.”
