David Adeleke, renowned by his stage name Davido, is set to take center stage as the main attraction at the eagerly-awaited UnitedMasters Grammy Weekend Concert, despite the recent stir surrounding him
Ahead of the 66th Academy Grammy Awards, slated for Sunday, February 4th at Crypto Com Arena in Los Angeles, the UnitedMasters music platform is arranging a weekend dedicated to the Grammy festivities.
During this prestigious event, DJ Artist Uncle Waffles based in South Africa and Dominican rapper Tokischa will join Davido in the limelight.
The Hollywood Palladium is chosen as the venue for the performance on Friday, February 2, 2024.
Last year’s gathering drew a crowd of over 2,500 attendees, including notable figures like Future, Damson Idris, DJ Khaled, Jay Z and Beyonce, Nas, and Wiz Khalifa.
Davido’s resurgence with his latest album, Timeless, which has garnered over a billion plays, has significantly elevated his standing in the industry.
The release of the singer’s latest record propelled him into the spotlight, securing him a coveted Grammy nomination. Timeless has been nominated in three categories at the 2024 Grammys: Best Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Global Music Album.
