More troubles for Travis Scott.

In the wake of the tragedy at the Houston festival, that resulted in 10 deaths and hundreds of injuries, Travis Scott has reportedly been removed from the lineup for the 2022 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, according to Variety.

This follows a report from KESQ in Palm Springs that claimed the rapper was dropped from the bill. A Change.org petition was started in the days after the tragedy, demanding his removal from Coachella’s lineup. It has over 60,000 signatures.

Reps for Travis and Coachella have not confirmed the report. Sources say that the festival informed Travis’ agent of its intent to pull him from the bill, and that it would pay a kill fee for the cancelation, which is typically 25 percent. An insider claims that Travis has attempted to keep his slot and even offered to forfeit his performance fee entirely.

Travis was announced to headline the 2020 festival in Indio, Calif. before it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Rage Against the Machine and Swedish House Mafia are slated to headline next year’s festival, while Frank Ocean has been announced for 2023. Travis is facing hundreds of lawsuits in the wake of the Astroworld tragedy, while his brand has also suffered.

Anheuser-Busch announced this week that it has discontinued his Cacti hard seltzer, less than a year after it went on sale. Coachella is scheduled to take place on April 15-17 and April 22-24 at the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio, Calif. A new headliner, along with a full lineup, will likely be revealed in the first days of the new year.
