Timi Dakolo, a Nigerian recording artist, has stated on Twitter that he is unrepentant for performing at Atiku Abubakar’s campaign gathering.
On Wednesday, March 23, Atiku, one of the candidates for president in the next 2023 general election, shared a video of Timi singing during his rally on Twitter.
Several social media users were enraged by the video and used the comment section to bash the famous musician.
“They have started singing in political rallies ohhh @timidakolo is live at Abuja international conference center singing and endorsing PDP’s Atiku”
“Hunger is a true Bastard!!!” wrote one enraged commentator.

Timi replied:
“I will sing and collect bread my guy, if it pains you well well, go sing your own.”
