Artist, Justin Timberlake sells his whole music catalog for ‘$100m’
Award-winning musician, Justin Timberlake has sold his aggregate song catalog.
Justin Timberlake sold his song to London-based company Hipgnosis Song Management, joining a surge of music celebrities who are selling the immunities of their song for millions of bucks.

The company, Hipgnosis Management declared openly on Thursday, the 26th of May 2022, the purchase of all the musician’s copyrights on tracks he inscribed or co-wrote, summing up 200 songs, according to Hipgnosis’s chief executive officer Merck Mercuriadis.
The the list of songs purchased include “Can’t Stop the Feeling”, “Mirrors,” and “SexyBack,”
The song catalogue was acquired for a worth of one hundred million dollars, according to the The Wall Street Journal’s report.
Justin has been singing for the past twenty years after getting famous in 1995 as a part of boy band phenomenon N-SYNC.
After the group’s achievement, he commenced a solo career that has comprised five studio albums and 40 singles.
The contract covers Timberlake’s publishing rights only, so only songs that he had a hand in penning are included in the deal.
“They’re looking to be put in a position where they can make music for pure purposes going forward based on what they want to do, as opposed to what they have to do for money.”

The song catalogue deal took over 365 days to secure, according to Mercuriadis.
