Nigerian Entertainment News: Toxicology Examination on Mohbad’s Body is Ongoing in the United States – Coroner
The Lagos Coroner Court, convened at Ita-Elewa, Ikorodu on November 22, revealed that the pivotal segment of the post-mortem analysis for determining the cause of the demise of the late music sensation, Ilerioluwa (Promise) Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, is presently underway in the United States of America (USA)
As reported by The Nation, the state representative, O. Akinde, informed the Coroner Magistrate, Adetayo Shotobi, that the examination of the external body of the deceased has been finalized.
He said;
“The toxicology test, which has to do with the internal body, is being done in the US,”
Akinde conveyed this information in response to the persistence of other legal representatives, including those of the deceased’s father, David Fadimu, TNKay Music Worldwide’s David Nawoola, and the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Ikorodu representative, O.S.A. Aranmolaran.
Inquiring about the decision to conduct the toxicology test abroad, Magistrate Shotobi sought clarification on why this step was taken when Nigeria has toxicology laboratories locally.
