Nigerian Entertainment News: Sam Larry and Naira Marley Have Been Released After Fulfilling Bail Condition
Following the fulfillment of their bail requirements, Naira Marley, also known as Azeez Fashola, and his close associate, Sam Larry, identified as Samson Erinfolami Balogun, regained their freedom as the Lagos State Police Command released them
Their release took place on the evening of Friday, November 17. On Monday, November 6, 2023, a Yaba-based Magistrate’s Court in Lagos State granted them bail, setting the amount at N20m with three responsible sureties.
Naira Marley and Sam Larry had been apprehended and charged in connection with the demise of Mohbad, Naira Marley’s former protege, who passed away under suspicious circumstances on September 12.
The court, on November 6, approved their bail conditions. Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun instructed the defendants to surrender their passports and mandated them to report weekly to the State Criminal Investigation Department at Panti.”
