Crayon Shares New Single ‘The One (Chop Life) Feat. Yaba Buluku Boyz

The Mavin Records camp is on fire at the moment and they can’t keep calm. Following the release of the ‘Chapter X‘ LP; marking 10 years of the imprint’s success in the music industry, some of her offspring have gone ahead to churn out bangers owning the first quarter of 2023.

After receiving bangers from Rema, Ayra Starr, and Boy Spyce, the mantle has been passed to Crayon and he is set to deliver. In a bid to continue the label’s spectacular run, the singer-songwriter releases his first official single of the year titled ‘The One (Chop Life)‘ and it features Mozambiquan trio, Yaba Buluku Boyz.

On the video (which is yet to be released), Crayon pays tribute to the veteran, Davido, recreating the opening scene of from iconic music video of the Shizzi-produced ‘Dami Duro‘ which was released as far back as 2011. The video has got a lot of people talking on social media and it’ll be dropping any moment from now.
