Billie Eilish Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Half-Naked House Loiterer
Great news for American artist Billie Eilish as judge grants her a temporary restraining order against a shirtless man whom she detected lurking outside her LA apartment
In legal documents, fetched by TMZ, the judge ordered Raymond Black to stay at least 100 yards away from Eilish and her home and, most significantly, quit HARASSING her!!
The records say Raymond must also detour going to the home of Billie’s parents, Patrick and Maggie.
The judge stipulated that the order was based on “a credible threat of violence or stalking.”
As we initially reported, Eilish got back to her home on Monday night only to find Raymond standing shirtless outside her living room window when she turned on the lights. Even scarier, Black was gaping directly at Billie through the glass.
Wholly freaked out, Billie called 911 instantaneously. Cops responded and searched the area for Raymond, arresting him nearby.
Eilish says she examined her home security footage from earlier in the day. The video allegedly revealed Black wandering around her property, taking off his clothes and even making use of her outdoor shower.
Not only that. Billie lets out that Raymond Black loitered around her property while it was under construction last year and has appeared at her parent’s home searching for her.
This is not Billie’s foremost rodeo with an unwelcomed visitor. You may recollect she recently got a 5-year restraining order against another man who allegedly broke into her family’s residence in January.
